YMCA360 is an on-demand video platform that offers group exercise classes, youth sports training, and well-being classes for all fitness levels. So on days when you can’t come see us at the Y, you can still work toward your fitness goals! You can visit YMCA360.org or download the app on your phone, Apple TV, Roku or Android TV. Just use the email that you have on file at the Y to get started. If you’re unsure of whether you have an email on file at the Y, you can check with our welcome desk staff.
