It's never too young to get kids focused on health and wellness. Our programs for youth and teens are designed specifically for the developing bodies, ensuring that they are exercising safely and having fun at the same time. Our Kids and Teens Fitness programs are designed to improve your child’s overall coordination, endurance and strength while having fun and making friends in a safe, welcoming environment.

Teen Lifting Skills and Drills

Mondays & Fridays

May 1 - June 16

3:30 - 4:30 PM

Age 11-18




Held in the Octagon on the Wellness Floor

Get the teens involved in lifting with Youth and led by Health and Wellness Coordinator Carl with support from our Youth Instructors Josh, Talan, and CJ. Learn foundational movements and proper technique. Participants receive a special wristband to use the Odyssey Center once they've completed the course.


Active Kids

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,  Thursday, and Friday  

4:00 - 6:30 PM




Intended for ages 7 to 10, Active Kids is designed to incorporate a variety of activities from STEM to Sports that will keep kids engaged and having fun. Held in the gym.

Girls Lifting Club

Age 11-18



Instructional lifting group for girls only, covering fundamental movements and safe lifting techniques led by Grace! Held in the Odyssey Center

Teen Orientations

Ongoing sign-up at the front desk


Ages 10-15

Enroll your child in an orientation at our fitness center to help them learn about using our fitness equipment safely and properly. Upon completion, they’ll receive a wristband that grants them fitness center access. Free to members

Get a full-body workout with the help of a certified instructor. These circuit-based classes target results while allowing you to tailor the workout intensity to your fitness and skill level.Outdoor Bootcamp class with Grace!
