It's never too young to get kids focused on health and wellness. Our programs for youth and teens are designed specifically for the developing bodies, ensuring that they are exercising safely and having fun at the same time. Our Kids and Teens Fitness programs are designed to improve your child’s overall coordination, endurance and strength while having fun and making friends in a safe, welcoming environment.

Schedule A Visit

Active Kids

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 

4:00 - 6:30 PM




Intended for ages 7 to 10, Active Kids is designed to incorporate a variety of activities from STEM to Sports that will keep kids engaged and having fun, while you work out. Held in the gym. 


Toddler Gym Time

Tuesdays and Thursdays 

10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

East Gym


10:45 AM - 12:15 PM 

Studio Beat Room

Ages 2-5




Parents and Toddlers come to enjoy open play time. We'll have age-appropriate equipment out for the kiddos to enjoy.

Teen Orientations

Ongoing sign-up at the front desk


Ages 10-15

Enroll your child in an orientation at our fitness center to help them learn about using our fitness equipment safely and properly. Upon completion, they’ll receive a wristband that grants them fitness center access. Free to members
