Our programs for youth and teens are designed specifically for the developing bodies, ensuring that they are exercising safely and having fun at the same time. Our Kids and Teens Fitness programs are designed to improve your child’s overall coordination, endurance and strength while having fun and making friends in a safe, welcoming environment.

CREATIVE KIDS CORNER

MEMBERS: $40; COMMUNITY: $80
Age: 5-10
Join us at the Y for hands-on crafts and fun just for kids. Each week, our "Creative Kids" dive into a new project to stimulate their minds and use their imagination. Maximum 15 participants. Note to Parents: Wear clothes that are okay to get a little "artistic"! Drop the kids off for their creative hour while you enjoy a workout​​​​​

TODDLER GYM TIME

Intended for ages 7 to 11, Active Kids is designed to incorporate a variety of activities from STEM to Sports that will keep kids engaged and having fun, while you work out. Held in the gym or outside weather permitting

Parents must remain in the building at all times and have their cell phone available in case of emergency while their child is at Active Kids.​​​​​​

This service affords the parents the opportunity to relax, connect with other Y members, and enjoy healthy activities at the Y. This service is included as a benefit for Family Memberships only.
