
YOUTH PROGRAMS
It's never too young to get kids focused on health and wellness. Our programs for youth and teens are designed specifically for the developing bodies, ensuring that they are exercising safely and having fun at the same time. Our Kids and Teens Fitness programs are designed to improve your child’s overall coordination, endurance and strength while having fun and making friends in a safe, welcoming environment.

LEARN TO PLAY MAGIC: THE GATHERING
Fridays, June 19th - July 17th (4 weeks)
No class on Friday, July 3rd
6:00 PM - 7:30 PM, Community Room
MEMBERS: $25; COMMUNITY: $50
Age: 12+
This class is designed for those who are new to or just beginning to learn the game of Magic. Participants will learn the basic rules of the card game, with the goal of being able to play independently by the end of the course. The class will cover deck-building fundamentals, game keywords, and winning strategies. It will also incorporate math concepts related to probability and percentages. Participants are welcome to bring their own cards, but it is not necessary, as all materials needed to play will be provided. Snacks will be provided.
A minimum of 4 registrations is required.

CREATIVE KIDS CORNER
Saturdays, June 20th - July 18th (4 weeks)
No class on Saturday, July 4th

Age: 5-10
Join us for hands-on crafts and fun just for kids. Each week, our "Creative Kids" dive into a new project to stimulate their minds and use their imagination— minimum 5, Maximum 15 participants. Note to Parents: Wear clothes that are okay to get a little "artistic"! Drop the kids off for their creative hour while you enjoy a workout

This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence through creative movement, stretching, and active games. Each session is designed to keep kids energized, engaged, and having FUN while developing healthy fitness habits.
This 45-minute class is perfect for youth ages 6–11 and focuses on:

Parents must remain in the building at all times and have their cell phone available in case of emergency while their child is at Active Kids.
