Stephanie Sturgis

School Age Program Director


Stephanie took on the role as our School Age Child Care Program Director in October of 2017 after working as a Program Coordinator since 2013. She has over 17 years of experience in the childcare field throughout the Seacoast. She is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with a BA in Psychology with a focus in Child and Adolescent Psychology. and a minor in Early Childhood Education. She also has a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership. Stephanie is an advocate in the childcare field and is passionate about making a positive impact on youth and families. When she’s not working at the YMCA, Stephanie can be found with her husband and their four children hiking, kayaking or just relaxing by the fire.

Nicole Lambert

Assistant Director


Nicole joined our team as a Program Coordinator in October of 2017 after working as an Assistant Youth Recreation Director for the City of Amesbury, Massachusetts, and now servies as our Assistant Director. Nicole has over ten years of experience, including over four years of YMCA experience as a Site Director, Group Leader, and Assistant Director with the Southern District YMCA and YMCA Camp Gundalow. She has served as a coach and paraprofessional as well. In her spare time Nicole loves running, eating, and exploring with her husband and dog, G!

Nicole Souza

Program Coordinator


Nicole joined our team in November 2018 as Program Coordinator. She has a very experienced background in Special Education, with over five years of experience working with both adults and youth. Nicole has served as a Teacher’s Assistant, Vocational Coach, and Special Education Teacher. She is currently working toward her Master’s in Special Education. When she is not working or studying you can find her spending time on the beach, cooking or reading.

Jake Sidney

Program Coordinator


Jake joined on with the Y as our Hampton Site Director in February 2018 and now serves as a Program Coordinator for our school age child care programs. Jake comes from an extensive background of working with youth in different capacities, from working in clinical mental health as a youth mentor and family therapist support to years of working in camp and after-school at the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Salem, NH where he grew up. Jake holds a BS in Neuroscience & Behavior from the University of New Hampshire and in his free time can always be found somewhere near the ocean or hiking up in the whites!
