Online Registration Guidelines

All enrollment changes (i.e. changes of days, schedules, cancellations) must be submitted in writing to SACCinfo@sdymca.org no later than Friday at noon, two program weeks in advance of the requested change. For example, a parent wishing to cancel their child's enrollment effective Monday 10/26/20 must submit this request in writing to SACCinfo@sdymca.org by no later than Friday 10/16/20 at noon.

  • Go to Online Registration.
  • Choose child care in the main navigation menu. 
  • Use the fields available in Child Care Search to find a program. Start date and location are required; other search fields are optional. NOTE: Some of the search fields do not display properly using the Safari browser. If you experience this issue, please use a different browser.
  • Once you find the program, click on the rate for which you want to register.
  • Click the Sign In button.
  • If this is your first time registering, you will need to create a new one. Click the “Create one now” link.
  • In Step 1, you will need to add yourself as a member first. Then add your child(ren) as members before proceeding to step 2.
  • In Step 2, you will add the emergency contact/authorized pick-up information. Two emergency contacts are required for school age child participants. NOTE: Because the new registration system will be used for all of our branches, included Exeter Area YMCA members, you will be required to include an emergency contact for yourself. 
  • Follow the remaining steps to complete your registration.
  • A $35 registration fee, payable by credit card, will be collected at the time of registration. You will receive more information about monthly payment options with your first monthly invoice. Registration fees will be applied to the first week's bill.
