YMCA School Age Child Care

Billing and Payments

Tuition for YMCA School Age Child Care is paid monthly. Invoices will be emailed to the email address provided at registration by the end of the month for the following month. The invoice will include the monthly fee as well as any additional charges accumulated during the previous month (i.e. extra days of service). 

Payment Methods

Tuition payments are due by the 1st of the month.

The Southern District YMCA offers three payment options for School Age Child Care tuition:

Automatic Payments

Tuition can be paid automatically by credit card or checking/savings account draft on a monthly basis. Automatic payments are processed on the first of the month. Set-up of automatic payments can be done during the online registration process.

If you opted to pay by check during the annual registristration process and want to switch to automatic payments after registration, use the following instructions:

  • Go to the Southern District YMCA Online Registration Portal.
  • Sign in using your user ID (your email address or member ID) and password). If you can not remember either of these, click on the "Forgot" link to have the information emailed to you.
  • Select "My Account" from the top navigation menu.
  • Scroll down to your child's name on the Account Management screen and select "Payment Methods".
  • Click on either "Add Credit/Debit Card" or "Add Checking/Savings Account" button.
  • Enter the required fields and click "Add".
  • Sign-out of the Online Registration Portal
  • Download and print the Automatic Monthly Payment Authorization form available on this page.
  • Complete the form return it to the Southern District YMCA by email to SACCinfo@sdymca.org or fax at 603 642 4340.

Online Payments

Online Registration Guidelines

  1. Go to Online Registration.
  2. Choose child care in the main navigation menu.
  3. Use the fields available in Child Care Search to find a program. Start date and location are required; other search fields are optional. NOTE: Some of the search fields do not display properly using the Safari browser. If you experience this issue, please use a different browser.
  4. Once you find the program, click on the rate for which you want to register.
  5. Click the Sign In button.
  6. If this is your first time registering, you will need to create a new one. Click the “Create one now” link.
  7. In Step 1, you will need to add yourself as a member first. Then add your child(ren) as members before proceeding to step 2.
  8. In Step 2, you will add the emergency contact/authorized pick-up information. Two emergency contacts are required for school age child participants. NOTE: Because the new registration system will be used for all of our branches, included Exeter Area YMCA members, you will be required to include an emergency contact for yourself.
  9. Follow the remaining steps to complete your registration. You will receive a follow-up email with specific program details once your registration has been process by YMCA staff.
  10. A $35 registration fee will be added to the first week’s bill.

Pay by Check

Mail or deliver a check to the Southern District YMCA at 56 Linden Street, Exeter, NH 03833. Payments are not accepted at child care sites.
