YMCA Camp Lincoln Outdoor Education

Community Organization Programs

YMCA Camp Lincoln uses hands-on outdoor education experiences to promote team building and facilitate growth in awareness, understanding, appreciation and respect of our natural world.

Group members can enjoy trail-based learning, emotional growth on the challenge course and hands-on environmental education activities, which act as a springboard for further exploration in and out of the classroom.

Groups can choose from a selection of activities:

  • Nature Hikes
  • Nature Writing
  • Arts & Crafts
  • Ecology (Forest & Pond)
  • Orienteering
  • Team-building
  • High & Low Ropes (Challenge) Courses
  • Climbing Wall
  • Mountain Biking
  • Archery
  • Group Games
  • Swimming (summer)
  • Boating (summer)
  • Snowshoeing (winter)

Programming is available for one day, multiple days or overnight. Individuals under 18 must have a completed and signed release form to participate in ropes courses.
