Youth and Teen Fitness

It's never too young to get kids focused on health and wellness. Our wellness classes for youth and teens are designed specifically for the developing bodies, ensuring that they are exercising safely and having fun at the same time.

Group Exercise

Many of our programs and group exercise classes are open to ages 12 and up. Be sure to check out the Group Exercise Schedule for more options.

Sports Conditioning

Build athletic strength, explosive power, speed and agility with our strength and conditioning specialists. Athletic conditioning for young athletes accelerates overall performance and prevents overuse injuries at the same time. This class is designed to teach young athletes the foundation and principles to develop and maintain optimal performance in their sport of choice.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00PM for ages 11-17. Class runs 1/6-3/1.


Youth Yoga

Youth Yoga will build confidence and self-awareness through positive messaging and relaxation. We will practice poses, breaths, relaxation and meditation. The poses will include techniques to relax, as well as energize; all key elements to keeping kids healthy, fit and confident.

Wednesdays at 5:15PM for ages 8-13. Class runs 1/6-3/1.

Youth Participation Waiver

All participants under 18 must have the Exeter YMCA release of liability waiver signed by their parent prior to first-time participation. Please download the waiver, complete the top section of the form and sign the waiver.
