The wellness programs offered at the Exeter Area YMCA improve well-being by encouraging healthy lifestyle changes with the guidance and support you need to be successful.

Women's Wellness Retreat

Saturday, August 3 at 11:00AM

Join us for an all day women's retreat at beautiful YMCA Camp Lincoln with special guests Raya Al-Hasmi of Raya on Assignment and Tracey Miller. We'll be enjoying a day of self care, movement, community, and more. 

Tentative Schedule: 
11:00AM - Brunch reception
12:00PM - Tracey Miller
1:00PM - Paddleboarding/Essential Oils 
3:00PM - Swimming/Ropes Course 
5:00PM - BBQ Dinner/Campfire/Massages 
6:00PM - Raya Alhasmi (Raya on Assignment)
7:00PM - Sunset Yoga

Other activities include a smoothie bar and optional add-on headshots by Raya!

Please make sure to bring loose and comfortable clothing, a bathing suit, towel, snacks, and water.
