Wellness Programs

The wellness programs offered at the Exeter Area YMCA improve well-being by encouraging healthy lifestyle changes with the guidance and support you need to be successful.


These specialty group exercise classes come complete with extra lighting, glow sticks, LED light jewelry, neon clothes and high enery! These classes are for ages 12+ and will run throughout the Winter Session. 

Les Mills Launch Week: January 11-17

The week will feature new music and exercises in various types of Les Mills classes. This is free for members.

POUND Training: January 18-19

Pedaling for Parkinson's

This cycling class is for patients with idiopathic Parkinson's ages 30+. The class runs Mondays at 10:45AM, Wednesdays at 10:30AM and Thursdays at 10:30AM. It is free for members and $15/month for non-members. Click here to register.

Intro Series

This Intro Series is an 8-week program to teach you the basics of Yoga, Cycling and Weight Training. You can choose which program you are most interested in or attend classes for all three. At the end of the program you will be ready to tackle a wide variety of new classes and workouts. Once you register, attend at least one of each format (Yoga, Cycling or Weight Training). Decide what you would like to work on most, or choose all three. Return to the classes each week to learn more about what the workout takes and grow your confidence in the formats. Yoga is on Tuesdays at 5:15PM, Weights is on Wednesdays at 5:00PM and Cycle is on Fridays at 8:15AM. Click here to register.
