Take your fitness to another level with Specialized High Intensity Functional Training. These full body workouts are designed using cutting edge equipment and by incorporating the most innovative techniques functional fitness has to offer.  Using a combination of Kettlebells, TRX Suspension Trainers, Bosu Balls, Medicine Balls, Slam Balls, and Battling Ropes, you will be sure to hit all your major muscle groups in just 45 minutes for a bigger burn!

Variety of class times offered through mornings, evenings and weekends.

You can schedule your classes online or at the Exeter Area YMCA Welcome Center. Advanced booking is required. Class sizes are limited for personalized coaching and support.

Class Reservation Policy

  • You must sign up in advance in MindBody for each S.H.I.F.T. class. 
  • Each class is available for sign up three days prior to start. 
  • Each class is limited to 10 participants with 4 waitlist spaces available. 
  • Cancellations must be done 8 hours prior to the start of the class. 
  • If you do not show for a class, and do not cancel within the 8 hour window, your mindbody privileges may be revoked.
