Group Exercise

Regularly scheduled group exercise classes are FREE for members! A variety of choices are available for every skill level.

Outdoor, instructor-led fitness classes are running Monday - Friday at 6AM, 9AM and 5PM. Reserve a space here on MINDBODY or by emailing membership@sdymca.org 24 hours in advance.

Book a Bike or Barre Reservation

Members must sign-up in advance for CYCLE and Barre classes at the Exeter Area YMCA. Learn how to use the MindBody website or MindBody Connect app to reserve a space in a class up to 3 days in advance.
