At the Y, sports and recreational activities are something special. Friendly competition (even with yourself), lots of variety and a supportive environment means team sports and recreation is fun again, and it makes for a healthier lifestyle. Out programs provide a perfect opportunity to be active, social and reconnect with friends and community.

Let's play Pickleball! If you're a seasoned player ages 18+, or even if you want to learn, this is the perfect opportunity for you. No matter your ability, this is a great chance to meet new people!

Hoop it up at the Y! Ages 16+ can decompress after school or work and drop in on Sunday mornings from 7:00AM to 9:30AM for pick-up basketball games.


Spike it at the Y! Ages 16+, come after school or work and drop in on Thursday from 7:30PM to 9:15PM for pick-up volleyball games.


Come meet friends and play Mahjong in the community room on Tuesday from 11:00AM to 1:00PM! Mahjong is a game of skill, strategy, and calculation and invovles a degree of chance. Never played before? That's okay, we will teach you! The more the merrier, so please bring your friends.

Youth Martial Arts

This is a martial arts class for all experience levels. Join Ninja Nick to learn traditional martial arts skills in a fun and dynamic way. Martial arts are a great tool for kids that will help them stand up to bullying, as well as give them the strength to say no to peer pressure. Karategi not required. Ages 5-10: Mondays at 4:30PM and Saturdays at 10:40AM.


Martial Arts for All Levels

his is a martial arts class for all experience levels. You will learn traditional martial arts skills while exercising your mind and body. Martial arts is a great tool for all ages to build the strength to rise above the difficult times we face today. Build your confidence, fitness and self-control. Karategi not required. Ages 11+: Mondays at 5:20PM and Saturdays 11:30AM.
