The Exeter Area YMCA offers several programs to kick off your New Year. Regardless of your goals, you'll get the help you need to be successful. 

New Year, New You
Weight Loss Challenge

January 28 to March 17
Kick-off Session on Thursday, January 24 from 6:30 to 8:00 PM

Find motivation in a friendly supportive environment at the Y. Become part of a team helping one another lose weight, get healthy and build new habits. You'll earn points for evey healthy activity you do for a chance to win one of two Fitbit Activity Trackers and other prizes. Receive extra points by posting photos/videos and tagging us on social media - #ExeterYWeightLossChallenge. This program is open to any ages 16+. 

The program has three available packages that includes:

  • Body Composition Analysis
  • Circumference measurements
  • Weekly 45-minute boot camp workouts (number varies by package)
  • Group coaching kick-off session
  • Access to an online weight loss challenge group
  • Final assessment and awards party

Packages and Pricing

If registering prior to the beginning of the program, you will have the option to half of the fee at the time of registration. The balance will be due on January 21.
