Personal Training & Small Group Training

Exeter Area YMCA offers the area’s most comprehensive personal training services. Whether you’re new to exercise or want to take your fitness to the next level, our YMCA Personal Training Program will get you results. Work with a nationally certified trainer, review goals, and develop a customized exercise program to meet your needs. Your trainer will guide you through each exercise offering feedback, motivation and accountability. 

If you are looking for more personal instruction without the same price tag, Small Group Training might be for you! Gather a group of friends with common goals and contact our Health & Wellness Director for more information; the Y will work to accommodate a time that is convenient for your group and pair you with a trainer to help kick your routine up a notch.

First Time Client Introductory Package - Only $99

This 3-session package includes a personal fitness assessment and 2 one-hour training sessions.
