Special fitness classes are more extensive and progressive in nature. Community members and YMCA members can enroll. Members receive reduced-rates as a member benefit. In addition to our special fitness classes, be sure to check out our extensive offering of Group Exercise Classes available to all members.
Registration for Spring 1 Programs is now open for Members and will open for the community on February 18.
Being healthy goes beyond exercise. Our wellness workshops offer opportunities to further enhance mind, body and spirit. Topics may include nutrition, stress management and more.
