Group Exercise

The YMCA offers fitness classes for people of all ages and abilities. Many—if not all—of the group exercise classes can be modified to be easier or harder depending on your fitness path. If you are new to exercise—or looking for more gentle class options, you may want to consider the following:

Recreational Sports

Adults can enjoy getting together to celebrate shared sports and interests at the Exeter Area Y! Clubs are designed based on member interest, so please, let us know if you would like to see a new opportunity!

Senior Workshops

Our Active Older Adults can connect with the Y community through physical fitness, social activities and more. Our programs are designed to accommodate a wide variety of interests and functional abilities.
