Site Director

The Southern District YMCA School Age Child Care program is seeking energetic and creative individuals to provide a high-quality before-and-after-school child care program that meets YMCA standards and state regulations, for elementary school-age children. Your role will include planning and facilitating small and large group activities that model and reinforce the YMCA core values throughout the program in a safe environment. As the leader of the site team, Site Directors are responsible for daily operations, implementing selected curriculum, supervising staff, developing relationships with parents and school staff, and administration and organization of records. PTO after one year of employment, free individual membership to the Exeter Area YMCA, casual dress, a fun work environment, and company paid professional development.
