Director of Camping Services

The Director of Camping Services is responsible for administering the total operation at YMCA Camp Lincoln. This includes developing and managing the operating budget ($1.6million annually), staff supervision and coaching, camp operations, program development, facility management, expense and quality control, income generation, volunteer development, community relations and collaborations, fundraising and alumni development. A primary focus will be on sustaining and developing the summer camp programs and strategically growing the off season programming in alignment with the associations strategic plan. The Director of Camping Services also provides leadership for the achievement of association goals in accordance with the policies, procedures and standards established by the CEO and Board of Directors to advance the mission of the YMCA.
