Assistant Site Director

The Stratham Assistant Site Director is responsible for assisting the Site Director in developing, organizing and implementing high quality YMCA School Age Child Care Before School, After School and Kindergarten programs – all of which are licensed by BCCL. The Assistant Site Director is 100% dedicated to the Stratham location and be creating a positive partnership with Stratham Memorial School. The Stratham Assistant Site Director under supervision of the Site Director provides leadership, supervision; training and support to YMCA Group Leaders/Program Assistants to ensure desired program goals and outcomes are met. The Stratham Assistant Site Director assists as the secondary contact to the school administration and faculty and helps establish the partnership between school and Southern District YMCA.

Additionally, the Stratham Site organizes special events, develops relationships with parents, and interacts regularly with host site school administration. The Stratham Assistant Site Director is responsible for helping the Site Director by properly maintaining attendance records, staff records, following procedures related to incident reporting, and filing accident reports.. Finally, the Stratham Assistant Site Director is responsible for operating a site that is in daily compliance with NH State licensing standards. This is a full time ACA position.
