About Southern District YMCA

Southern District YMCA provides opportunities for youth development, healthy living and social responsibility in the community by offering summer day camp and outdoor education at YMCA Camp Lincoln in Kingston, NH; YMCA School Age Child Care at 15 state-licensed before and after school program sites; and a full-service YMCA facility in Exeter, NH. 

YMCA Camp Lincoln

At Camp Lincoln - a traditional summer camp and outdoor education facility - campers learn new skills, build confidence, make friends and are appreciated for their individuality. Campers learn to believe in themselves and the people around them. Fresh air and engaging physical activity strengthens individuals and promotes a lifetime of healthy living. Here, you can attend summer camp; engage in an outdoor education class with your school, homeschool or organization; or attend a private event like birthday parties, weddings, retreats and more.

YMCA School Age Child Care

More than 600 kids in 12 locations are enrolled in YMCA School Age Child Care before and after school programs. Students enjoy going to a place where staff are engaging, supportive and fun. Parents rely on quality, affordable care. And, they can relax knowing that their children are safe, happy, getting homework completed, eating healthy snacks, getting at least 30 minutes of physical activity and participating in curriculum that supports learning.

Exeter Area YMCA

The Exeter Area YMCA is a 33,000 square foot multi-generational health and wellness center where people can connect with others, engage in fitness programming to better their mental and physical health, and strengthen the community as a whole. Experience youth sports, pick-up basketball, indoor cycling, personal training, yoga, boot camp, Zumba, open gym, healthy cooking demonstrations, open mic nights and more. You can be sure that there is something for everyone.
