Mark Cadman

Director of Camping

Mark began his YMCA career in 2005 at YMCA Camp Huckins, where over 10 years he held multiple roles including Sports Director, Program Director, Director of Operations and, finally, Assistant Camp Director. In 2015, Mark joined our team as the Director of Camping at YMCA Camp Lincoln. He is excited to have the opportunity to work with cause driven leaders and to positively impact the lives of children. Mark holds a BA in Sociology and Psychology from University of Wolverhampton and has volunteer experience with American Camp Association, Camp America, Kingston Lions Club, and the Kingston Lake Association. Mark loves spending time outdoors with his wife, daughters and dogs.

Reid Van Keulen

Assistant Camp Director

Reid has had a long history with YMCA Camp Lincoln and has held a variety of different positions since 2015. Reid has served as Adventure Trip Leader, Outdoor Educator, Program Director and as our Assistant Camp Director since January 2018. Reid works extensively on leading the summer camp operation, managing Adventure Trips and directing Outdoor Education programs and Group Rentals throughout the year. Prior to Camp Lincoln, Reid held various positions at a resident Camp in Vermont and served as a high school teacher in England and New Zealand. Reid holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand in Outdoor and Physical Education. In his free time, Reid enjoys spending time exploring the wilderness, travelling internationally and playing rugby and pickle ball.

Sarah Carr

Program Coordinator

Sarah has been working for YMCA Camp Lincoln since the fall of 2014 and has held a number of positions from Outdoor Educator to Unit Leader. In April 2016, Sarah joined Camp Lincoln year-round as our Program Coordinator. Sarah works closely on developing, executing and evaluating all programs including summer camp, homeschool programs and outdoor education programs. Sarah is an American Red Cross Lifeguard and Lifeguard Instructor. Before joining Camp Lincoln, Sarah spent two years working in a Montessori school in their children’s house program working with students aged from 3 to 15. She graduated from Castleton University in Vermont with a Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Theatre Design. In her free time, Sarah can be found training with her three dogs, camping and enjoying the outdoors with her husband.

Kristina Wagnitz

Camp Office Manager

Kristina is a New Hampshire native who has been worked in various positions at YMCA Camp Lincoln since 2001. Although she works in the office most days, her Bachelors degree in Outdoor Education ensures that she can occasionally be seen on the ropes course or leading a hike at camp. Kristina loves helping new families understand the impact camp can have on their child, and finding a way to make camp affordable for all. In her free time, Kristina enjoys playing with her kids, reading, quilting, camping, and leading her local Girl Scout troop.

Jackson Waldron

Maintenance Coordinator

Jackson started his Camp Lincoln journey as a camper some years ago, but returned as our Maintenance Coordinator in 2017. In this role, Jackson makes sure all of the buildings and grounds are fully functional so everyone who uses the facility can have a safe and positive experience! Jackson loves working at camp because every day is always a little different! Jackson has a diverse work history including tree work, carpentry, electronic technician, firewood splitting, nursery experience and plumbing. Jackson is a Southern NH native who enjoys adventures outdoors with his dog, canoeing, fishing and hiking. When not in the outdoors, he enjoys writing music, playing guitar and restoring his old pick-up truck.
