Rob Roy McGregor

President/CEO

Rob has been the Executive Director since 1998. Prior to working in NH, he was with the YMCA in North Carolina, Colorado and Massachusetts. After receiving his BS in Geography/Environmental Studies from the University of Oregon, Eugene, Rob worked as the National Youth Director for the Zimbabwe YMCAs in Africa. An avid traveler, he spent a year in Africa and hitchhiked 12,000 miles from South Africa to Morocco. Rob's international experience is vast and includes YMCA leadership initiatives in Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Hong Kong, Canada, Costa Rica and Switzerland. He is the past chair of the New Hampshire/Vermont YMCA Executive Group, as well as the New Hampshire YMCA Public Policy committee. Rob is a YMCA trainer for the YMCA Earth Service Corps, YMCA Conflict Management, Peer Mediation, Substance Abuse Prevention and Safety Issues. Rob is an avid outdoorsman and global traveler, a family man and farmer, and can be seen running trails throughout the region 12 months of the year.

Tanisha Johnson

Senior Membership Sales & Engagement Director

Tanisha earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Leadership. She began her career in the non-profit sector in Pennsylvania, working to help families successfully manage a variety of challenges inherent in their daily lives. Tanisha brings more than a decade of experience in coaching and program management; she discovered her passion for empowering others to utilize their talent and skills to meet organizational goals. Tanisha held volunteer positions with the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, and she began several community programs and partnerships at which girls learned to channel their inner confidence to be innovators and leaders.

With her recent move to New Hampshire, Tanisha and her family are excited to be a part of the Exeter community. Tanisha’s focus is to continue the YMCA mission: to be a pillar of community service. She is a believer in the power of building relationships, and lives by the adage, “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.” In her spare time, she enjoys cooking new recipes, reading, and spending quality time with her family!

Colleen Andreasse

Director of Finance & Human Resources

Colleen rejoined the Southern District YMCA in 2015 after previously serving as the part-time HR Coordinator from 2012-2014. She has a strong Human Resources and Accounting background in both small and large corporations in the Northeast. Colleen holds a BS in Accounting from Stonehill College and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and the SHRM-CP certifications. She has held several volunteer positions within the Exeter school district and community. In her spare time, Colleen enjoys spending time with her family, boating in the Seacoast area, and skiing.

YMCA CAMP LINCOLN

Mark Cadman

Director of Camping

Mark began his YMCA career in 2005 at YMCA Camp Huckins, where over 10 years he held multiple roles including Sports Director, Program Director, Director of Operations and, finally, Assistant Camp Director. In 2015, Mark joined our team as the Director of Camping at YMCA Camp Lincoln. He is excited to have the opportunity to work with cause driven leaders and to positively impact the lives of children. Mark holds a BA in Sociology and Psychology from University of Wolverhampton and has volunteer experience with American Camp Association, Camp America, Kingston Lions Club, and the Kingston Lake Association. Mark loves spending time outdoors with his wife, daughter and dogs.

COMMUNITY PROGRAMS

Tanya Gonzalez

School Age Program Director

Tanya began her career in School Age Child Care in 2000, where she worked with inner city children in Massachusetts during summer programming.  It was then that Tanya’s passion for educating and guiding children during out of school time began. She realized that by providing these children with quality child care and “out of the box” learning experiences that the children were progressing in academic areas of reading and math as well as developing their social skills. In 2011, Tanya joined the Southern District YMCA School Age Child Care Team as a Program Coordinator, overseeing eight of our school age child care programs. Today, Tanya is the Director of School Age Child Care and oversees all sixteen programs. In her spare time, Tanya enjoys traveling, spending time exploring New Hampshire with her husband and son, and visiting with her family.

Rhonda Bernstein

Director of Development

Rhonda has led the development and communications efforts of Southern District YMCA since 2010. At that time, she brought years of non-profit fundraising experience and a successful career in marketing, sales and public relations within the high-tech and software industries. Rhonda holds a BA in International Business and French and has completed graduate studies in Finance. Having traveled throughout Europe and French-speaking Africa, Rhonda finds that the seasons of NH are the perfect backdrop for outdoor adventures with her husband and three children.
