Youth Sports & Activities

Youth/Teen Fitness

Building healthy exercise habits are essential to creating a lifetime of fitness. Some programs, like Teen Boot Camp, are free for members. Other specialty programs for youth and teens require registration and additional payment. Members receive a reduced rate for these programs. Teens in grades 9 and up are welcome to join a regularly scheduled Group Fitness class. See our Schedules page for more information.  

Sports

Friendly, non-competitive sports classes offer youth a chance to learn a new skill or gain confidence. For younger children, sports offer opportunities for large motor skill development and postive social experiences. Some programs are free for members. Other speciatly programs require registration and additional payment. Members receive a reduced rate for these programs. 

Recreation

These recreation classes are designed to offer opportunities for physical activity, time with friends and healthy fun! Some programs are free for members. Other specialty programs require registration and additional payment. Members receive a reduced rate for these programs. 

Enrichment

Enrichment programs offer opportunities to expand learning, leadership and personal growth. Some programs are free for members. Other specialty programs require registration and additional payment. Members recieve a reduced rate for these programs.

Discover the Artist in You

Through the Y-Arts Program, the Y encourages healthy development of mind, body and spirit for all ages. Join an upcoming class or workshop for the opportunity to learn and develop new skills working with clay, glass, and other mediums.

Youth Program Participation Waiver

All participants under 18 must have the Exeter YMCA release of liability waiver signed by their parent prior to first-time participation. Please download the waiver, complete the top section of the form and sign the waiver.
