Youth/Teen Fitness

Building healthy exercise habits are essential to creating a lifetime of fitness. Some programs, like Teen Boot Camp, are free for members. Other specialty programs for youth and teens require registration and additional payment. Members receive a reduced rate for these programs. Teens in grades 9 and up are welcome to join a regularly scheduled Group Fitness class. See our Schedules page for more information.
