7 Habits of Highly Effective Youth

This 8-week series teaches youth, ages 11-18, Stephen Covey’s “7 Habits” framework in a fun, engaging way that is relevant and applicable to our digital world.

Y-LIT "Leaders in Training"

A self-governed club for teens with various leadership opportunities!

Free Pizza & "Stuff"

Teens: grab your friends and head to the Y to relax in the Odyssey Center!

Young Foodies

Youth, ages 9-14, learn a variety of kitchen skills and enjoy different types of food during this FREE class with Chef Alex Nichols of Belle Peppers Too! This is a great way to curb after-school hunger!

Youth Participation Waiver

All participants under 18 must have the Exeter YMCA release of liability waiver signed by their parent prior to first-time participation. Please download the waiver, complete the top section of the form and sign the waiver.

Youth Fitness Center Policy

Please review and sign this youth policy, for grades 6-8. We encourage fitness at all ages!
