Small Group Training: S.H.I.F.T.

Specialized High Intensity Functional Training


Take your fitness to another level with Specialized High Intensity Functional Training. These full body workouts are designed using cutting edge equipment and by incorporating the most innovative techniques functional fitness has to offer.  Using a combination of Kettlebells, TRX Suspension Trainers, Bosu Balls, Medicine Balls, Slam Balls, Battling Ropes, and more, you will be sure to hit all your major muscle groups in just 45 minutes for a bigger burn!

You can schedule your classes online or at the Exeter Area YMCA Welcome Center. Advanced booking is required. Class sizes are limited for personalized coaching and support.

Monthly Unlimited Package $20

Visit the Exeter Area YMCA Welcome Center to purchase the monthly unlimited package. You can either purchase a monthly package or, for members, add the monthly package fee to your membership draft. After the package has been purchased, you can register for S.H.I.F.T. class in MindBody.

Class Reservation Policy

  • You must sign up in advance in MindBody for each S.H.I.F.T. class. 
  • Each class is available for sign up seven days prior to start. 
  • Each class is limited to 8 participants with 4 waitlist spaces available. 
  • Cancellations must be done 5 hours prior to the start of the class. 
  • If you do not show for a class, and do not cancel within the 5 hour window, the class will still be charged against your S.H.I.F.T. package.
