Group Exercise

The YMCA offers fitness classes for people of all ages and abilities. Many—if not all—of the group exercise classes can be modified to be easier or harder depending on your fitness path. If you are new to exercise—or looking for more gentle class options, you may want to consider the following: 

  • Gentle Yoga
  • Yoga Fundamentals
  • Senior Strength & Balance
  • Total Body Strength and Balance

Social Clubs & Recreation

Adults can enjoy getting together to celebrate shared interests such as books, bridge and more. Clubs are FREE for members and are designed based on member interest. Registration is not required for members.
