Fitness Class Descriptions



This is YOUR ride! For 60 minutes you will experience hill climbs, valleys, peaks, flat roads and timed sprints to continuously challenge your fitness level. Your bike can be customized to fit your riding style and ability level. You will also have a display monitor to provide immediate feedback and track ongoing improvement.




This ballet inspired exercise class is designed to sculpt and tone your arms, legs and core. Work your entire body with exercises to stretch & lengthen each muscle group. Classes will incorporate exercises at the barre and on the mat.


BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.BODYFLOW™ 

BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.


BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.


If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training this is it. Step into a BODYVIVE class and you can be sure you’re heading into one of safest and most effective workouts around. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, running and tubing exercises will help you burn up to 490 calories each class*. The great music will leave you fizzing with energy and feeling great.

Cardio Party

Burn a ton of calories with a combination of simple dance choreography and muscle conditioning to shape and tone your body.  A great total body workout bringing energy and excitement back into your fitness routine.

Circuit Blast

Blast through a total body cardiovascular and muscle conditioning workout using a variety of equipment including stability balls, tubing, and resistance of your own body weight to burn a ton of calories and while toning your muscles.

Functional Fitness

Increase total body strength, core stability and cardiovascular fitness using a variety of equipment including, stability balls, free weights and best of all your own body weight. Each class will deliver the intensity you've been looking for in this 60 minute seat pouring workout. Modifications will be given to accommodate all fitness and ability levels.


Get ready for a rich variety of intense routines from cardio to resistance training, plyometrics, ab work, and more. Using the science of Muscle Confusion™, P90X constantly switches things up to help bust through plateaus. Plus, there are modifications so people at any level can partake. These are drop in classes so you can jump in at any time or attend class every week.


POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming.Senior Strength & Balance

This low impact class is designed for seniors looking to incorporate basic exercise strategies into their activities of daily living. This class is for beginners focusing on basic strength, balance & stability exercises to prevent injury. This is a Level1 introductory class.

Total Body Strength & Balance

This low impact class is designed for all ages and ability levels. Each class will focus on improving strength, balance, stability & flexibility to prevent injury while leading an active lifestyle. Each class utilized a combination of steps, stability balls, tubing and more!  This is a Level 2 active class.

Turbo KICK

Get hooked on the Turbo high! With cardio kickboxing and body-sculpting dance moves choreographed to the hottest music mixes, you'll get lean and toned—and have a blast doing it! It's high intensity, fast-paced, and totally addicting!


An aerobic workout based around latin dance moves and music. Each class incorporates a variety of dance moves from merengue, salsa to reggaeton. A great way to burn calories and have fun!

Zumba Fitness

Time to transform your body by adding fitness based exercises into an aerobic based workout incorporating latin dance moves and music. Each class incorporates a variety of Zumba based dance moves while also incorporating upper and lower body muscle conditioning. A great way to burn a ton of calories while having fun!




All Levels Yoga

All Levels Yoga is just as it sounds. During this class, classic yoga poses are practiced with an emphasis on alignment in a slow paced controlled environment. Modifications will be provided for all ability levels. This class is appropriate for beginners and participants who have been practicing yoga for some time.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

An athletic class that is strongly influenced by the principles of Ashtanga yoga. Breath and dynamic movement are the foundations of this challenging and fun practice, emphasizing strength, core work, and flexibility while encouraging the whole body to become more balanced. Previous yoga experience is recommended, but not required.

Gentle Yoga

Designed for the beginner or anyone seeking a softer, nurturing, slow-paced yoga class. Ease yourself into carefully structured movements and stretches to improve flexibility and strength. Develop an awareness of the breath and leave class feeling relaxed and ready for a balanced life.

Hatha Yoga

The poses are held for a number of breaths, allowing time for deep stretching and for experiencing the breath. This is a good place to learn basic poses and relaxation techniques to get you comfortable with Yoga practice.    

Pilates Yoga Fusion

The best of both practices, Pilates and Yoga combined into one challenging 60 minute workout. Each workout will strengthen, stretch and tone your entire body, and provide you with an incredible mind body experience.

Power Yoga

(Heated Room 80’-85’)  A vinyasa based yoga, practiced in a controlled heated environment. This high energy class will build strength, improve flexibility, and increase stamina.

Stott Pilates

The Essential Mat class incorporates the Five Basic Principles of the STOTT PILATES method. Each class is designed to help you develop leaner, longer-looking muscles, establish core strength and stability and heighten mind-body awareness. 

Vinyasa Yoga

A series of smoothly flowing poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Build strength, stamina and flexibility in a style of yoga suited for all ability levels.

Yin Vin Flow

This class begins with a series of yin postures to relax and unwind. Halfway through class, you will flow into a vinyasa sequence linking movement to breath. This is a moderate class for beginners and experienced yogis.

Yoga Flow

This class will progress through faster-paced, fluid movements building core strength and stability with controlled breath. Designed to develop body awareness, improve muscle tone and flexibility.

Yoga Fundamentals

Learn the basic fundamentals of the yoga poses from the foundation to the crown of the head. This alignment based class will be taught to understand the practice yoga to be performed safely and with proper alignment.
