Fitness Class Descriptions



This is YOUR ride! For 30 & 60 minute classes you will experience hill climbs, valleys & timed sprints to challenge your fitness level. (Duel Sided Pedals - SPD Clips Compatible)

Power Cycle & Core

40-minute power cycle followed by a 15 minute core/stretch in the mind/body studio.

Power Cycle & Stretch

40-minute power cycle followed by an extended stretching period.

Power Cycle

A one-hour group cycle class designed for all levels of fitness and in keeping with individual training goals. Shown as WATTS on the bike computer, learn how to interpret the rate of energy you expend and the overall work you have done. 


BARRE (Signup Required)

This ballet inspired exercise class is designed to sculpt and tone your arms, legs and core. Work your entire body with exercises to stretch & lengthen each muscle group. Classes will incorporate exercises at the barre and on the mat.


This high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.


Looking to get lean, toned and fit fast? Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout.


Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP™ – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your glutes and thighs.


If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training this is it. The challenging mix of lunges, squats and tubing exercises will help you burn up to 490 calories each class.

Boot Camp

A combination of cardio, strength, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns to increase strength and muscle endurance.

Circuit Blast

Blast through a total body cardiovascular and muscle conditioning workout using a variety of functional training equipment and your own body weight.


POUND is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming.


Get ready for a rich variety of intense routines from cardio to resistance training, plyometrics, ab work, and more. Drop in anytime!

Senior Strength & Balance (S & B)

This low impact class is designed for seniors looking to improve strength, balance & stability to prevent injury.

Total Body Strength & Balance (S & B)

This class is designed for all ability levels. Improve stability, strength and flexibility to prevent injury utilizing a variety of fitness equipment.

Walk & Talk

Enjoy light exercise and conversation on the track in a non- competitive atmosphere. Meet new friends and get moving together! Join us afterwards for light refreshments.


An aerobic workout based around Latin dance moves and music. Each class incorporates a variety of dance moves from merengue, salsa to reggaeton.


All Levels Yoga

All Levels Yoga is just as it sounds. During this class, classic yoga poses are practiced with an emphasis on alignment in a slow paced controlled environment.

Vinyasa Yoga

Breath and dynamic movement are the foundations of this challenging and fun practice, emphasizing strength, core work, and flexibility encouraging a balanced body.


BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm.

Gentle Yoga

Develop awareness of the breath and ease yourself carefully into structured movements improving flexibility & strength.

NEW! Hot Pilates

A heated Pilates flow class following the principles of the practice; strengthen your core stability, create longer, leaner muscles, while enhancing posture, build flexibility, endurance and mind body connections. Beneficial for every body! The heat helps in relaxing the muscles, and the humidity makes you sweat — elevating your heart rate, boosting metabolism, and promoting detoxification.

POWER Yoga (Heated Room 80’-85’)

A vinyasa based yoga, practiced in a controlled heated environment. This high energy class will build strength, improve flexibility, and increase stamina.

STOTT Pilates Essential Mat

The Essential Mat class incorporates the Five Basic Principles of the STOTT PILATES method. Each class is designed to help you develop leaner, longer-looking muscles, establish core strength and stability and heighten mind-body awareness.

Yin Flow

Yin yoga poses are floor-based and are generally held for longer periods of time - up to several minutes each - to invite the deeper tissues of the body to relax, promoting flexibility

Yoga Basics

Learn basic fundamentals of the yoga poses from the foundation to the crown of the head. This alignment based class will be taught to understand the practice of yoga with proper alignment.

Yoga Flow

This class will progress through faster-paced, fluid movements building core strength and stability with controlled breath. It is designed to improve muscle tone and flexibility.


Each week this class with include a discussion, 30 minute meditation as well as yoga style warm up and Qi-Gong exercises to relax the body. Appropriate for Grades 6+ or parent/ child. Pre-registration required. (Jan 6-Mar 31)


Youth Yoga (Grades 6-8) & (Grades K-5)

The class is designed to build confidence and self-awareness through positive messaging and relaxation. We will practice poses, breaths, relaxation and meditation. The poses will include techniques to relax and calm as well as energize; all key elements to keeping your child healthy, fit and confident.

Family Fitness

Family Fitness is a non-competitive class where little people and big people get together and move! Our class has circuits, games, and partner exercise challenges that will keep everyone sweating and smiling. 


S.H.I.F.T (now free!)

High intensity training. Max of 10 people. Free for members! Classes are 45 minutes in length.
