Spring into Action at the Y

Spring program registration is now open! The Y offers a variety of programs for youth, teens, adults and families such as art classes, sports programs, fitness classes and more. Each session we are adding new programs to address community need. And remember, YMCA programs are open to everyone, not just YMCA members. Follow the "learn more" link to find and register for programs online.

New Weekend Classes Added!

Due to popular demand, the Y has added new group exercise classes to the weekend schedule. These classes are FREE for members and you can join a class at any time. The Exeter Area YMCA offers a wide variety of classes for all ability levels, including Les Mills programs, indoor cycling, yoga and more. Check out the new group schedule, effective January 18, 2016.

Group Fitness Party
